A LITTLE WORDS

About Me

I’m Emre Gündoğdu, a second-year Computer Engineering student at Middle East Technical University.

I’m passionate about coding and software development, always looking for ways to improve my skills and build practical projects. Besides programming, I’m a licensed basketball player and play drums in a band. I enjoy traveling and gaining new perspectives from different cultures. I’m excited to apply my tech skills in real-world applications and contribute to the field.

Who am I?

I’m Emre Gündoğdu, born in 2004 in Konak, İzmir — a curious and passionate person who loves exploring life from every angle. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to technology, which led me to pursue computer engineering, where I enjoy diving deep into system-level programming and algorithms. But my life isn’t just about coding. I’ve been a licensed basketball player and swimmer, and sports have taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience. I also play the drums in a music group — it’s my way of expressing creativity and feeling the rhythm of life. One of my biggest passions is traveling; I’ve visited over 10 countries so far, always eager to discover new cultures and perspectives. Whether it’s through a line of code, a basketball game, a drum solo, or a solo trip abroad, I’m always chasing growth, connection, and meaning.
